About Kairos
Kairos is a small, family-owned Colorado vending business based in Colorado Springs. We started in 2023, we currently service two active client locations, and we're carefully taking on new accounts — one good fit at a time.
Kairos launched in 2023 out of Colorado Springs — a family-owned business with one truck, one route, and the conviction that a vending operator should answer the phone when something breaks. Not push you through three tiers of an out-of-state call center.
The name Kairos is Greek for "the right moment" — the opportune time. The moment hunger strikes, the moment you reach for a cold drink after a long shift, the moment between meetings when something simple keeps the day moving. We built the business around being there for that moment, reliably.
Three years in, we service two active accounts — Tension Automation in Aurora and Custom Truck One Source in Commerce City. Both started as a single machine and grew into snack + beverage pairs as their teams asked for more.
We're growing carefully. That means we take on the accounts we know we can serve well — and we'd rather earn your business than over-promise it. Every client and site manager gets a response within 24 hours on any help or service request. That's the promise we won't move on, no matter how big we get.
Where we stand today
Restocks happen on schedule. Service tickets get answered. Things stay stocked, lit, and clean. The basics, done relentlessly.
We do not believe in lock-in contracts. If we are not earning your business every month, you should be able to walk away.
We rotate the product mix based on what actually sells at your specific location — not what some catalog says should sell.
Transparent commissions where applicable. No mystery fees. No tiered pricing buried in a contract.
We're small enough that the same person services your account every visit. As we grow, we plan to keep it that way.
